Email setup with SSL
To configure the mail transport for any SSL account (for example a Gmail account), please open
Configuration -> E-mail configuration page and set:
Sender name: your name or anything related to the PC where you use the software
Sender e-mail: your @gmail.com address
SMTP server: smtp.gmail.com
Port: 465
Recipient e-mail and CC/BCC: e-mail addresses you wish to send notification/alert mails (usually it is also your @gmail.com address)
Username: your @gmail.com address
Password: your @gmail.com password
Use SSL: Enabled
It is recommended to use the "Mail Test" button to test the configuration.
