Greetings,

I have a problem with Seagate 1TB 2.5 inch hard drive, every time when i start copying data on to this drive he starts with transfer speed about 100MB/s but suddenly from 100MB/s slows down 355KB/s and weak sectors showing up.

Is there any way to fix the hard drive to function normaly?

Thanks in advance.

Yes of course.
You will need to fix the operating environment: cables, connections, power source and so - which are frequent cause of both performance issues and weak sectors.

Then you can repair the weak sectors by Disk menu -> Surface test -> Disk repair test.

Please check Support -> Frequently Asked Questions -> What is a weak sector? How to repair weak sectors?
https://www.hdsentinel.com/hard_disk_ca ... ectors.php

which describes such situation, gives information about what are these sectors, how these may occur (usually not caused by the hard disk itself) how they can be corrected and how to avoid them generally.
