Kettő fok alatti hőmérséklet megjelenítése

A HDSentinel jelenleg nem írja ki a merevlemezek hőmérsékletét 2 fok alatt, hanem Unknownként tünteti fel ezeket, ráadásul azt mondja, hogy "The hard disk temperature sensor is wrong. The measured value is: 0 °C", pedig ez az igazság perpillanat. Csatoltam a riportfájlt róluk. Ezek a lemezek egy hideg helyen üzemelnek, ahol nulla fok alá is hűlnek, ami a SMART raw value-kból jól láthatóak, azok signed int-ként jól mutatják a negatív hőmérsékletet is (erről sajnos nem mentettem le éjszaka riportot, ez a következő éjjel lehetséges).

Megoldható az, hogy a HDSentinel a hideg lemezek hőmérsékletét is helyesen tüntesse fel?

Igen, ez teljesen természetes.

Meglehetősen ritka, hogy ilyen alacsony hőmérsékleten üzemeljen egy merevlemez, különösen, hogy a gyártói specifikációban is általában 5 Celsius fokot írnak elő, mint minimum megengedett hőmérsékletet.

Az jóval gyakoribb (különösen régebbi merevlemezek és korai SSD-k esetén), hogy bár úgy tűnik, támogatják a hőmérséklet-mérést és így a működési hőmérséklet meghatározható lenne, a megfelelő S.M.A.R.T. attribútum értéke 0 (vagy néha FF / előjelesen -1) , ami a nem megfelelően működő vagy hiányzó szenzorra utal.
Pontosan ezért a Hard Disk Sentinel ezt nem fogadja el, mint megfelelő értéket, de azért, hogy az állapot meglegyen, a szöveges értékelésben feltünteti, mint mért értéket:

mellyel a felhasználó saját megítélése szerint gazdálkodhat: ha a működési környezet (alacsony környezeti hőmérséklet) miatt valóban elfogadható, akkor használható.

A helyzet azért mindenképpen érdekes és esetleg megoldható egy későbbi verzióban (pl. egy megfelelő parancssori opció megléte esetén), hogy ezt is fogadja el és mutassa a program, azaz a fenti szűrőfeltételen ne akadjon el.

Ha megoldható, kérnék riporto(ka)t 0 fok alatti hőmérsékletekről, hogy ezek valóban hogyan jelentkeznek, mivel ez alapján kiderül, miként lehet ezeket valósnak elfogadni és így automatikusan jelezni.
