637 errors occured during data transfer.
At this point, warranty replacement of the disk is not yet possible, only if the health drops further.
In case of sudden system crash, reboot, blue-screen-of-death, inaccessible file(s)/folder(s), it is recommended to verify data and power cables, connections - and if possible try different cables to prevent further problems.
More information: http://www.hdsentinel.com/hard_disk_cas ... _error.php
It is recommended to examine the log of the disk regularly. All new problems found will be logged there.

Re: please guide me
Thanks for your message.
Generally the page
http://www.hdsentinel.com/hard_disk_cas ... _error.php
describes this and similar situations: data communication problems detected by the hard disk drive - and then Hard Disk Sentinel reads and displays these.
Please open that page as it has information and instructions about how to eliminate the problems: how to acknowledge these errors and clear the error counter. Then Hard Disk Sentinel will show only possible new problems - if there will be any. If you continue using the hard disk in similar environment, where the original problems detected, the same cables / connections may cause more problems, so new errors may be reported with time. So I'd recommend to check cables, connections first (as the page suggests too).
Please note that http://www.hdsentinel.com/hard_disk_cas ... _error.php
describes the error-clearing with attribute 199 Ultra ATA CRC Error Count.
Depending on the hard disk model, some other attribute(s) may show such communication errors, so you may need to select
168 SATA PHY Error Count or
184 End-to-End Error Count or
187 Reported Uncorrectable Errors
as depending on the hard disk model these can show data communication errors.
If you use Report menu -> Send test report to developer option, I can examine and send step-by-step instructions to clear the error counter.
