Hi, i recently purchased HDS and was able to get the code and register. But once i reset my computer because of a virus i cannot find out how to get my username and code back? Is it possible? Or do I have to buy it again.

I can confirm of course you do not need to order again: as you have lifetime license, you can re-install and use it any time.
Please write an e-mail with info@hdsentinel.com about some details which I can use to look up for your existing license.
For example, write your name / username used in registration, e-mail address you may used during order, approx. date of purchase.
Then I'll search and send back the license code and registration details.

Am lifetime Pro user. Have been uising your products since about 2005. Had disk crash. Bought new computer. installed Pro version. It's looking for Registration Key. Sent pertinent info to INFO@HDSENTINAL.COM

Sorry for the troubles, but I'm afraid you sent mails to wrong address - this is why they bounced back and never arrived...
Please note that the correct e-mail address is INFO@HDSENTINEL.COM (not with A as you wrote).
