My hdd - SSD 804 EVO 120 GB show:

Health 92 %

The status of the solid state disk is PERFECT. Problematic or weak sectors were not found.
The TRIM feature of the SSD is supported but disabled. It is recommended to upgrade the operating system, the disk controller or its driver to improve performance.
More information: http://www.hdsentinel.com/faq.php#trim
The health is determined by SSD specific S.M.A.R.T. attribute(s): #177 Wear Leveling Count

It is recommended to backup often to prevent data loss.

I do not fully understand this, do I need to worry?

It is not my data disk, it only contains Windows installation and all programs.
But still I would prefer to renew before a potential crash.

No, I can confirm that you do not need to worry.
As the software displays the status is PERFECT, there are no problems with the SSD.

Yes, the health is not 100%, "only" 92% - but it is still high.

As you may know, the memory cells in solid state devices experience wear during each write operations and each cells tolerate only a limited
number of overwrite passes.

The "wear-leveling" feature of the SSD tries to hide/minimise this effect but generally the SSD device reports the overall health of the memory cells
by various attributes.

If there are no further problems found, Hard Disk Sentinel reads these attributes which determine the complete health of the solid state device.

This is what you can see in the text description area: there are no problems found, but the 177 Wear Leveling Count attribute determines the overall health of the device. If you want, you may check how that attribute changes with time on the S.M.A.R.T. page.

This is completely independent from software, OS, restarts and so: as the amount of written data increases, the health slowly but surely decreases.
This is normal - and you do not need to worry about it now, as only 8% of the total lifetime used.

Please note that usually the health decrease is not linear, it will be faster - but there is still lots of time until the drive needs replacement.
Personally I'd consider replacement around 50% only.

To extend the drive life, please try to minimize writes to the SSD.

An old thread, I know but it's the first time I have read it and I strongly recommend the original poster turns on the TRIM feature.
Google how to do it.

No need to search ;)
The text description gives information about the situation too:

More information: http://www.hdsentinel.com/faq.php#trim

which describes that the driver change would be required in order to make TRIM really working.
It shows an example with a controller where this happens frequently.

I have only ever used Crucial SSDs. When I use Macruim Reflect to clone, in the progress it has always said "attempting TRIM" & then "TRIM successful" even on much older models than I am using now. I have never done anything to activate it.
