Hi. Can this program shows activity on temperature tray icons? Maybe blink by font color when activity...

Yes, Hard Disk Sentinel can show disk activity - but not on the temperature tray icons, but on a completely different set of icons.
Please check the Configuration -> Hard Disk Drives page where you can enable the "Activity Icon" for any drive in the list by the proper checkbox.
The disk activity icon is a simple hard disk drive icon, showing increasing number of light blue bars for read activity and orange bars for write activity.
