How to export configuration options ?

I tested HDS on a "spare" drive that is not backed up.

I have decided to instal it on my SSD and store statistics etc on my HDD, both of which are backed up.

To avoid the pain of visiting every one of the generous quantity of options that I may have altered and since forgotten and trying to repeat the changes,
Is there a convenient way to export a configuration file now that can be imported after installation on the SSD.

Yes of course:

Use Configuration -> Update -> Backup Configuration
to export all settings, statistics, registration information to a single file and it is possible to restore configuration any time there.

I thought it was there somewhere but just could not find it when I was searching for it
I was too focused upon looking for "export" and "import"
