I'm sorry but no, it is not possible to disable this notice.
You may see such notices in other software, for example Total Commander, WinRar and so. Usually they display notices more frequently (on every startup).
As you see, Hard Disk Sentinel is free to use without registration (for any period which is not common to work after some days of evaluation), just asks to think about registration to improve the data safety of your system with the extra features and help further development (to allow testing and support of new hardware devices).
If you really do not want to see this notice without registration, I recommend to download an older version: versions prior 3.00 never display such registration notices so you can use them freely even for many years. These files are found at the bottom of the download page: http://www.hdsentinel.com/dl.php
