But this is not a problem.

This is an information message only which displays that because it is the system hard disk (not a secondary hard disk) the disk can't be locked exclusively for the duration of the test. This may result that the activity of other software (or Windows itself) may cause that the hard disk drive may work slower than expected and this can result in darker green blocks - which are normal and does not indicate problems.
