Hotkey & status window trouble

Hello! I have two bug issues.
1. Any hotkey combination for command "Show status window / Hide status windows" only shows windows but not hides.
2. I can't find any option to show status window only on desktop but not over any application window. It's very uncomfortable seeing status window above any other windows.
My OS is Windows 7 x64 SP1.

Thanks for your message and excuse me for the issue with the hot key.
1) I'm checking what can be the source of the problem and improve that the second key-press should really hide the status window.

2) Excuse me, but it is not a bug: as you may see in the help, the Status Windows is designed to be displayed over ("on top") all other windows to help checking the status even if any other software is active.
If you prefer to not display this way, you may consider
- using Windows sidebar gadget
- display status information directly on the Desktop
(please check Configuration -> Status window panel for these options).

About hot key: can you describe a little bit more about 'second key-press'? I'm still can't hide the status window.

Sorry, I wanted to mean that yes, the hot-key should toggle on/off the status window. The first press of the hot-key combination should SHOW and the second press should HIDE the status window.

I think found the source of the problem on this system and I just sent a link to an updated version, that should work correctly with the hot-key.
Please check it and let me know the results.
