Sorry, but I can confirm that Samsung Spinpoint F3 HD103SJ is (of course) fully supported in Hard Disk Sentinel for many-many years.
Version 3.10 is absolutely not the latest version. If you check the list of updates of VERY old versions
( https://www.hdsentinel.com/rev_previous_versions.php )
you may notice that version 3.10 released 10 years ago (!) (in February 2010).
I'd recommend to please update to newer version if you still use it, for example to the latest 5.61:
If you encounter any problem, issue or have a question about this particular hard disk drive (or any other), please use Report menu -> Send test report to developer option with the latest version, so then I can check and advise.
If the status information is missing/incomplete, then it may be more related to the current configuration: a chipset driver, external enclosure/adapter/dock (if used). From the mentioned developer-report, I can check and help to improve the situation.
