I have this device, based on JMicron controller (model WDBFNJ0000NNC-WASN), Windows 7, latest drivers for this card and latest version of your software. And I can't see HDD connected to WDBFNJ0000NNC-WASN in HDD Sentinel List of devices. Can you explain this situation? Thanks for answer.

What if you inserted USB 3.0 on 2.0? Does it make it any faster?
