Surface test - add option to write all 1s (0xFF)

I've often used HDS to perform erasures on HDD and Flash-based drives, and one thing that I think could be useful is to add an option to the Surface Test feature is the ability to write all ones instead of only zeros, random data or the sector numbers.

I've had some flash drives that were 1-filled in empty areas, and since many flash drives don't have secure erase, it might be useful to help with erasing/re-initializing some of them.
