HD sentinel picks up my USB card reader as several drives, unfortunately this causes a big delay when trying to scroll through the drive list in the upper left. I can of course, disconnect the card reader when it's not in use but this can be a pain in the ass.
Could we have a checkbox or similar option to either grey out and ignore updates of the selected drive, and/or remove the drive from the list entirely (with some visual cue to indicate that one or more drives are hidden)?

Re: Option to ignore particular drives
Please right click on the list of devices, where the drives appear in the upper left area.
Then you can hide any device by un-checking the checkbox next to that device, so then it will not appear in the list.
Generally the detection occurs only periodically, not when you select in the list.
But if you see that USB reader responds slower and may cause delays, please use Report menu -> Send test report to developer option, as then it is possible to check the actual situation and verify the possibilities.
