Hard Disk Monitoring

Hello.

Currently the hard drive list is kind of messed up: when mouse wheel used it selects next/prev drive from the list instead of simply scroll the list, when scroll bar is dragged, it doesn't scroll anything until scroll bar is released.

Would be nice if hard drive list at main window got updated and fixed these issues.
