im kinda new using ssd so i really dont know what is lifetime writes is.. is this increasing when using or decreasing?

The Lifetime writes value shows the total amount of data written in the lifetime of the SSD.
As you will see, it will increase as you use the device (when any data written on it).

The "Lifetime Writes" counter shows the total amount of data written to the SSD itself.
I can confirm that this is not a count-down, does not indicate expiration or similar.
