Number of Error Information Log Entries

Dear Dev.

I don't know if this is a bug or something else I'm not aware of and maybe I could get some info to help me better understand.

These are brand new Firecuda NVMe drives, working great, but for some reason I get this errors. Is this related to Hard Disk Sentinel or my system or drives themselves, anything I should do.

Thank you

Thanks for your attention.
No, I can confirm that it is not a bug in any ways.

Generally Hard Disk Sentinel reads the internal status (including wearout level, temperature and further statistics) from the SSD - including the count of errors logged in the internal error log of the drive.
Alone this value does not indicate any problem with the SSD itself (or any problems/bugs) as in many cases something (eg. a chipset driver, NVMe controller driver or so) can cause such increase without affecting the operation, performance and general health of the SSD.

The Disk menu -> Device Specific Information function attempts to read the internal error log of the SSD. You may try that, just to see if the SSD provides useful information about the error(s), however, most SSDs do not provide too much details and may even periodically clear the error log.

Thank you for the info.
I following your advise, It tells me "No error information recorded" so I assume its all good.

I have to say, Hard Disk Sentinel is among my favourite hardware monitoring apps.

Thank you for inventing this much needed software and your continuous hard work of improving it.
