Hard Disk not detected on windows

i just did reinitialize disk surface and after it done, the hard disk wont showed up on my windows, any idea how to make it back?

Yes, this is completely normal and expected:

After the Reinitialise Disk Surface test, the disk drive has no partition(s) at all. You need to open the Windows Disk Management window (please use the 9th button in Hard Disk Sentinel main window button bar) as it will recognise the drive and offer to initialise it for use (like for a new, empty/unused drive).
You can create a partition and format it so then Windows will assign a drive letter and show it as available disk drive for reading/writing.
